2A14 Aluminum Sheet

Last Updated: 2023-07-06

Prodsuct Introdsuction

2A14 aluminum sheet sheet belongs to aluminum alloy, so the high strength, good heat resistance, good machinability, resistivity, spot and seam welding performance is good, can be strengthened by heat treatment, extrusion effect; therefore, the longitudinal and transverse performance differences. 2A14 aluminum sheet tensile strength can reach 420MPa, elongation of 10% or more, can be used in aerospace, large frame, bridges, large shell, truck components, etc.

Applications and Features

2A14 aluminum sheet is a metal material used for occasions requiring high strength and hardness (including high temperature). The 2A14 series aluminum sheet is characterized by high hardness, among which the copper content is the highest, about 3-5%. 2A14 series aluminum sheets are aviation aluminum materials, which are not often used in conventional industries. There are few manufacturers of 2A14 series aluminum sheets in my country. The quality cannot be compared with foreign countries. Imported aluminum sheets are mainly provided by Korean and German prodsuction companies. With the development of my country's aerospace industry, the aluminum sheet prodsuction technology of the 2A14 series will be further improved. Aircraft heavy-duty, forgings, thick sheets and extruded materials, wheels and structural elements, multi-stage rocket first-stage fuel tanks and spacecraft parts, truck frames, and suspension system parts.

Widely used in aircraft structures (skins, skeletons, ribs, bulkheads, etc.) rivets, missile components, truck hubs, propeller components, and other various structural parts.

Used as structural rivets whose working temperature does not exceed 100℃.
