7005 aluminum sheet is super-hard aluminum, good welding performance, heat treatment strengthened, not as strong as 6061, but much lighter, typical lightweight aluminum. It is a 7 series heat treatment alloy with zinc and silicon as the main alloying elements.

Prodsuct Application
7005 is a typical extruded material that is best suited for the following three areas:
1. Welded structures that require high strength and require high fracture toughness, such as trusses, rodss, and containers for transportation vehicles.
2. Large heat exchangers and components that cannot be solidified after welding.
3. Can also be used to manufacture sports equipment. Such as tennis rackets and softball bats.
