Prodsuct Introdsuction 


7075 aluminum sheet belongs to the al-zn-mg-cu series super-hard aluminum. 7075 alloy is an ultra-high-strength deformed aluminum alloy that has been applied in the aircraft manufacturing industry since the late 1940s and is still widely used in the aviation industry. It is characterized by good plasticity after solid solution treatment, especially the good strengthening effect of heat treatment, high strength below 150℃, and especially good low-temperature strength. Poor welding performance; Stress corrosion cracking tendency; Must be coated with aluminum or other protective treatment. The resistance to stress corrosion cracking can be improved by double aging. The plasticity in annealed and just quenched state is slightly lower than that of 2A12 in the same state, slightly better than that of 7A04, the static fatigue of the sheet, notch sensitivity, stress corrosion performance is better than that of 7A04, among which the 7075-t651 state is especially the best prodsuct in aluminum alloy, with high strength, far better than soft steel. This alloy has good mechanical properties and anodic reaction and is a typical aluminum alloy material for the aerospace industry.
