The pre-plating treatment of the 6061 aluminum tube is to remove the oil stains on the surface of the aluminum tube and the oxide film generated by the oxygen oxidation of the parts after they are left in the air for a long time, so that the ions in the electrophoresis solution can be directly deposited on the clean surface. The parts treated before and after electrophoresis shall be immediately electrophoresis in the tank, and shall not be allowed to remain in the atmosphere or in the tank for a long time, in order to prevent the surface from being oxidized or forming hydrate on the surface, which affects the binding force of the coating. If a mild oxide film or hydrate has appeared in the part, it can be soaked in 10g/L boric acid solution and then activated in l0L NaCN solution to restore the surface to purity.
