Aluminum alloy 6082 sheet belongs to 6xxx series (Al-Mg-Si) alloy aluminum sheet, which is an aluminum alloy sheet that can be strengthened by heat treatment, with medium strength and good welding performance, corrosion resistance, mainly used in transportation and structural engineering industry. It is mainly used in transportation and structural engineering industries, such as bridges, cranes, roof frameworks, transporters, ships, etc.

The superior performance of 6082 aluminum sheet comes from the precise requirements of its prodsuction process. First is melting. 6082 alloy is characterized by the presence of Mn. Mn is refractory metal, melting temperature should be controlled at 740-760 ℃. Before sampling, it needs to be stirred evenly more than twice to ensure complete melting of the metal, accurate temperature and uniform composition. After stirring, a sample is taken in the middle of the depth of the aluminum liquid, on the left and right sides of the furnace for analysis, and then transferred to the furnace after passing the sub-folding; secondly, in the purification and casting process, after the melt is transferred to the resting furnace, the melt is refined by spraying powder and gas with nitrogen and refining agent, refining temperature 735-745℃, time 15 minutes, and resting for 30 minutes after refining. Through this process, remove gas, slag and purify the melt. When melting and casting, there are two filtering devices between the casting mold and the furnace mouth, and the furnace mouth is filtered by foam ceramic filter sheet (30PPI) and filtered by 14 mesh glass fiber silk cloth before casting to fully filter out the oxide and slag in the melt.
